Quantum-dot cellular automata (QCA) technology is believed to be a good alternative CMOS technology. This nanoscale can provide platform for design and implementation of high performance power efficient logic circuits. However, the fabrication QCA circuits susceptible faults appearing in this form missing cells, additional rotated cells displaced cells. Over years, several solutions have been proposed address these problems. paper presents new solution improving fault tolerance three input majority gate. The gate then used 2-1 multiplexer 4-1 multiplexer. designs are implemented Designer. Simulation results demonstrate significant improvements terms area requirement. consists 11 requires an 0.0096 μm2. has 100% single cell 71.43% rotation one cell. 41 0.066 95.24%
